This issue has been solved. See solution.

Hi Guys for sometime now I have been trying to create a report for our service center which tells them how compliant we are in certain applications what I’m trying to achieve is a report which looks like this

We have assets/CMDB solution, and can kind of get some of this information but its hard to read, and access with only one licence.

I was even thinking that the report could have hard coded quantities in it, and just do a simple calculation perhaps to minus the inventory count, form the hard coded quantity in the report to show compliance.

What do you guys think? Is it achievable? Or am I going about this all wrong?

Cheers,

Do you have contract management?

We took the default software lic. compliance report and edited and created one for each application we wnated to have information on.

Next we created a new console menu item at the top on the NS called Contract Management.

We then took each report and made them web potal. Next we added them to a portal page and then tied that portal page to our console Menu Contarct Management.

AWESOME!!!! I have just created a few individual reports for each of our applications, then created a new web part to keep them all in, having the tab at the top makes it really nice and easy to access the information.

TOP JOB. A+

Thanks for your assistance, I wasn't sure if anyone was going to reply. this worked a treat.
