    I am having some issues with approved Software Portal Requests not starting and wondering if someone knows of an issue with it or something maybe I have set wrong.  I currently have numerous pieces of Software in my Software Portal and have all of them pre-approved so no approval is necessary. Then I just add the user to the appropriate AD group that has permisson to the Software they are needing.  The problem is I have been seeing where a user will request the Software and it will show requested and approved but the task will never start.  What is strange though is this is not happening on all of them and is a hit and miss issue.  On the one's that the task is failing I will go into the Jobs/Tasks in the Management Console and do a "Quick Run" to the PC and the tasks starts and works fine.  Anyone have any thoughts on why the Software Portal task would not be starting on some of my machines but starting when I manually push them through the Jobs/Taks in the Management Console?  Thanks.

    Also in case you want to know I am currently runing version 7.1 SP2.
