  • 1.  Software update stuck at "Update Scheduled" status

    I deployed some patches via patch management software update but there is 1 bulletin which does not get installed (MS07-034). When I check the Altiris Agent client on the workstations, the status is "Update Scheduled" and "Last Applied" date/time shows yesterday's default update time. This date gets updated daily but the patch never installs, just stays at "Update Scheduled". Can someone tell me how I can get this patch installed?

    The update is WindowsXP-KB929123-x86-ENU.exe
    Released 06/12/2007

    We have done solution testing and update MS07-034_WindowsXP-KB929123-x86-ENU.exe is installing successfully on Windows XP SP2 at our end.
