Software updgrades under Essential Support Agreement - SSR 2011

Hi,

I recieved a quote for 4 licenses of System Recovery Desktop Edition.  The quote includes the initial cost of the software and the Essential Support Agreement for each license. 

From what I understand from sales, is that if I maintain the Essential Support Agreement year after year on each license, then all software upgrades are included without additional upgrade charges.

Can anyone here confirm this?
