That's not a Software Product but a Software Release.
Has someone in your organisation repackaged Lync? It looks like that string is coming from Inventory and overwriting what you've entered. Unless Microsoft have made an error in the ir 64 bit Lync package.
Vendor MSIs should never be edited for many reasons. Microsoft Office packages should be customised in the first instance by using the Config.xml file then, if more granularity is required, by using the setup /admin to create an MSP file. Other vendor MSIs should be customised by creating a Transform (mst).
