Solars9 Media Server 6.0MP4 - After "boot -r i got Error's 800

Hi.
After a Solaris reboot -reconfigure i got error 800.
I have three LTO/3 drives in a Library an two of them work with no problem and one LTO/3 goes down with error 800.
I've reconfigure the changed path to the drive with "tpconfig" ( from /dev/rmt/4cbn to /dev/rmt/7cbn ) but the error stay.
Any ideas ?
