Some Backup Exec services is consuming all memory

I have installed Backup Exec 2012 and upgraded the database.
Installed SP1

Description:
Windows successfully diagnosed a low virtual memory condition. The following programs consumed the most virtual memory: beserver.exe (1468) consumed 24406298624 bytes, BackupExecManagementService.exe (2476) consumed 224366592 bytes, and beremote.exe (1700) consumed 89513984 bytes.

Tips or ideas?!

I had this problem before. Then I updated to SP1 but now the problem is back.

Hi,

If you're running an AV on that server, check and make sure it isn't actively scanning the BE services. If it is, put in exclusions for these services and restart the BE services and then monitor...

Types of backup being done.

Sql Server type and total memory assingned to it?

And I hope you are referring to SP1a & not SP1..Also, would suggest to open a case with support.

Hello!

But the peculiar thing about this problem is that I had this problem right after installing BE2012.

I then applied SP1a and everything have been running smoothly for about 3 months.

Now I am back in having problem.

We have no AV on the computer. 6GB RAM. SQL is installed on the same computer

How can I verify that I have Sp1a if look under applied fixes I only see SP1.

But I know that I have installed SP1a?

Try running LiveUpdate again to see if there is anything else outstanding, or download and install SP1a from the link below. Be advised it can't be uninstalled!

I am also trying to open a case at Symantec. With no luck.

I only get

Either Courtesy or Entitlement required for creating case
   

Waht am I missing?
