  • 1.  some clients cant receive update from console

    Hi

    I have installed SEP on my clients and set GUP. but some of them althugh are connected to console, cant get update.I checked port 2967 and its allowed. 

    I will attach logs from console and client.

    Please run the symdiag tool on one of your affected clients:

    Remotely Deploy SymDiag - formerly SymHelp

    Also please enable sylink debugging on it as well so we can see the communication between SEPM/client:

    Are you using an explicit GUP policy? Are they only allowed to update from the GUP with no fall back to SEPM? 

    Also What version of SEPM are you running?

    Thanks for your replies

    I have run the symdiag tool on one of my affected clients but I cant realize what is the problem.

     i have attached the error

    I`m using SEPM 12.1.6 MP3 version

    please help me if any one can find out what is the problem

    I should tell that client is connected to console and can ping it. but can`t receive updates

    What type of GUP are you using?

    How many GUP are you using per group?

    Are the clients and the GUP machines reporting to the same group in SEPM? If NOT, try moving the GUP in to the same group as the clients.
