    I have done a fresh installation of server 2003.SEPM 11.0.1000.1375 has been properlly configured on the server .I have installed few clients through Migration and deployment wizard .after installation none of the clients getting it's update from SEPM .Client troublshooting tap indicating offline server. meanwhile  I can't see my clients on SEPM .adding them manually does not allow me to push the defination update. it give me a message that Some of the selected clients have not yet connected to  the server....

    I have edited the smc_debuglog_on value on the registery to 1 and ran the sylink Monitor. attached to this message please see the result.
    I need your support to understand the log result. in order to connect my clients to SEPM to take it's update automatically.

    you are doing a fresh install and the version you are trying to install is very old and had lot of bugs, I would first recommned you to do a fresh start with the latest version (MU5)
    download the latest version from https://fileconnect.symatec.com
    even after doing this if you get the same error msg follow the below documents.

    SEPM 11.0.1000.1375 is a very Old version. You can download and install the latest version i.e. RU -5. Download it from the following link :-

    As above us RU5 / MR5

    If clients are registering fine in SEPM, get the green dot but not updating defs, then check the Liveupdate Policy for thos clients and then check the Liveupdate server component is downloading defs OK.
