    Hi Admins

     

    Do you know if there is something that prevents users from marking Solutions?

    I also received this message from another user (AllanSeabrook):

    In IE for the last couple of days I get "Only secure content is displayed" with the option to Show all content.

    Without choosing Show all content I do not get to see a lot of the features such as Bold / Add Pictures etc

    Screen shot of what I see here:

    So i have no formatting etc - not sure if that affects things or if it is just a change in my IE Settings

    I have told Kevin the problem last week and he had opened a ticket for this problem.

    Thanks all,

    We have two tickets open for these issues.

    The IE security warning issue is currently being worked on by our development team.

    The IE users are unable to mark solutions issue is with the business team and is pending prioritization.

    BTW, if you want to contact someone to raise the priority of these issues ;) here are the ticket numbers:

    CONI-1501: IE users unable to mark solutions.

    CONI-1505: IE users are seeing security errors when they browse Connect.

    I think Kevin was referring to me. ;D  These were both prioritized as a level 2 for the next sprint. That means that they aren't a problem for all users and don't need our top priority, but are still really important and should be done in the next sprint.

    I'm just wondering how many solutions we are missing because most users are not saying anything and just 'letting it go'...
