    Hello - i am running SEP 12.1.  I have about 5934 pcs on my network.  I transferred 3000 pcs from one SEPM to another.  2995 of them have out of date SONAR defs.  The virus defs are current but the SONAR defs are not.  Will the SONAR defs automatically update  (the new clients have been on the new SEPM overnight and the defs havne't updated) or do i need to do something manually for them to get the correct defs.

    in your SEPM on Admin page >> Servers tab, select your Site and click Show LiveUpdate Downloads

    What is the revision number for SONAR Heuristics engine, should be 2/8/2013 r11

    yes - it is at the current version.  am I just being impatient?

    Out of curiosity, what happens if yo urun LiveUpdate on a client.

    Mine just downloaded to the SEPM about 10 hours ago...So I suppose it depends on your heartbeat as to how quick they update...what is the heartbeat set at?

    There was a known issue about this - have a look at this article:

    What is the date format selected?
