SONAR Submission Failed

Hi to All,
We get the error "SONAR Submission Failed" for all SEP 12.1 RU1 that can't send the Sonar submission to Symantec.
All the rest of SEP submissions are not affected to this problem.
We have created a specific rule in our infrastructure
Firewall to allow all SEP 12.1 clients to connect directly on port 443 to Symantec Web server and we have set the SEP policy "External Communication Settings" to "Do not use a Proxy Server".
We have followed the steps in this link http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH162286 but without success.
Could you please help us?

Hello,
Could you please provide us with the Screenshot of the Error Message?
Secondly, what happens if you have set the SEP policy "External Communication Settings" to us the Proxy and insert the correct Proxy settings?
