Sony TSL-A500C showing as single tape device

Since upgrading from 11d my Sony TSL-A500C showing as single tape device - ie.e the device is not showing as a robotic library device - any help / suggestions would be greatly appreciated .

The HCL lists that as a supported device, so ...

Does Windows Device Manager see the changer?

Have you tried the manufacturer's drivers?

This is a known issue with Backup Exec 12.0. We are preparing a new driver release that should resolve the issue.

I have the same autoloader and same problem. I have a case open but still no luck. Is your's still down?
