Sophos Displacement (PGP)

A query;

a client is using Sophos Device Control to encrypt all usb media on their estate.

http://www.sophos.com/en-us/why-sophos/innovative-...

They want to move to PGP, but don't want to manually decrypt all the drives, then re-encrypt them with PGP.

Does anyone know of a work-around?

The closest I can think of is to script sophos to decrypt automatically, then force encryption with PGP a few days later... but this opens them up to a few days without enryption, and can go horribly wrong...

Ideas?

You can force PGP encryption on unencrypted USB devices, by policy once configured and install PGP Desktop on the Client.

Once the usb media is plugged in PGP asks to encrypt the Device before usage. That way you can avoid using an unencrypted device.
