Hi,

We have a problem with a spam mail, and we don't why that brightmail couldn't catch it. There are million of this mail. We are trying the block the mail by adding the subject to brightmail, but this is not the solution because the spam mail is changing the subject all the time. You can see the spam mail below .

can you check your audit logs and track one of these to it comes under which verdict .

Hello, We have the same problem

We are getting this emails 6000-8000 numbers per day.What are they trying do i don't understand.

Here is what i did and it works for now.

go to Compliance tab "Email Content Compliance Policies" make a new policy

At conditions add "If text in Body part of the message matches regular expression "NEW VERSION - 2009!"

At actions part add "delete message"

Thank you for the information, but we did that also but some mails are still coming. The point is we are blocking some mails but not all of them. We are expecting this from Brightmail to update its database for this situation. 

Have you been making missed spam submissions to Symantec?  That is what you really need to do in situations like this.  Check out this document from Symantec:

aynı spam mailler bizim sistemimize de gelmekte. Biz içerik filtrelemeyle sorunu şimdilik çözdük. Procmail kullanıyoruz ve bu maillerin karakteristiği olan www.gebikmebyuvc.asia linkinin geçtiği maillere blok koyuyoruz. Maillerinizin body kısmını kontrol edebiliyorsanız siz de bu şekilde bu maillerden kurtulabilirsiniz.
