    Hi,

    In our brightmail many spam mails are not filetred and getting delivered to the user..

    Please find the sample mail..

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    i am Mr, frank native of TARKWA Gold Mines. in Republic of ACCRA GHANA
    West Africa .
    Am contacting you on behalf of my Community which comprises of mainly local
    Gold miners to represent and as well look for a prospective buyer for the
    bulk of Gold mined locally in our Community.

    My Community in conjunction with the Village heads has in their possession
    this article (Gold Dust)

    1. 250Kgs Gold Dust
    2. 22+carat plus
    3. $35.000 USD for one Kg.

    The Community as well as the right to go into any contract of extraction or
    mining with any interested person or company depending on the discussion
    reached between both parties concerned.
    If you are interested I would be glad to see you in ACCRA GHANA to sign an
    agreement before you can carry the Gold dust back to your country
    with me. I remain to hear from you soonest.

    Hello,

    It's not looking possible that Brightmail miss those kind of mails. Please do a health-check with following procedure in the attached document.

    And you can also tried to enable probe-participation and also submit these kind of spams to Symantec with following url;

    Send the spam message as an email attachment to the appropriate address for your region:

    Americas: gsubmit@submit-1.brightmail.com
    EMEA: eurosubmit@submit-23.brightmail.com
    APAC: apacsubmit@submit-22.brightmail.com

      As the document Pete posted states;

      Symantec does not acknowledge messages submitted to the above addresses. Due to the volume of submissions received, Security Response cannot offer any guarantee that filters will be written. For creation of specific rules, customers should be using the custom rules, compliance policies, and blacklist modules.

      You can block that spam using block sender list policy or via content compliance policy.

      Examine the email first do not use common words to block email

      Now i done it as block sender list only..but how to avoid in future is the issue?
