    Please provide the technical architecture of making span port or tap for network monitor in dlp?

    Also let me know the require h/w and s/w specification to create the architecture design to monitor the n/w traffic?

    Hello,

    You are looking for the Symantec DLP Hardware Requirements Guide.  This is avialable as part of the software you download from Symantec to install the system.  It explains the hardware requirements for all of the parts of the Symantec DLP Suite.

    The Network TAP or SPAN port is confiugred on the router/switch side of things, you will need to work with your networking team to get this confiugred.
