Hello! We have just recently finished a project for one of our customers that has a 30 user network. Our monitoring software keeps detecting this issue on almost all of the workstations. I found an article on Symantecs website:
http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/ent-security.nsf/0/7d6c71c611d83bf58825702a00714519?OpenDocument&src=bar_sch_nam&Click=
That talks about enabling Tamper protection (which it is). I have completed a reset all and this still comes up periodically in all of the workstation System Logs. Everytime you click Reset All all of the workstations attempt to start this service.
We have 40 customers running SAV Corporate 10.1.7 and we have never seen this happen before. Any ideas? Thanks!
