  • 1.  SPC Integeration with SEPM 12.1.3

    hello all,our

     

    I am facing a problem and need your help in this regard. I am trying to integerate my SPC 2.0 with SEPM 12.1.3. Both the SEPM and SPC are in diffrent cities. the ports 8443,8444 and 8445 are open in the firewall . They can both ping each other . Telnet works fine. But they are unable to fetch the required statistics and dashboard. Please find attach the screenshot and how can it be resolved. Waiting for your kind response.

    Did you use any 'authenticating" credentials?

    The normal authentication that is used on SEPM like user name and password

    Hello all, after updating the java and above mentioned configurations now when I open the SPC I can view the SEPM dashboards and statistics . But the SSO is not working. How can I resolve this issue ?
