Endpoint Protection Small Business Edition

After logging into SPC and if clicked on reports tab it prompts for a password again..When provided the SPC username and password the tab comes up fine. Can anyone suggest why this happens and how to skip the login prompt for the reports tab.

Note : It does not prompt this on all tabs but comes up on anything related to reporting.

Please Try this steps:

Open your host file from

C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc

Have you added your server name and IP address?

If so then change it to local host like this

127.0.0.1 localhost

Then Logging again to SPC.

Also, try these steps below:

1.Open Internet Explorer

2. In the url type : http://localhost:8014

If you get a login screen, then you can try to login from there and let us know if that works.

Also, I have seen that in SEP 12 SBS, a lot of information is available in tomcat\logs\upgrade.log

Let us know if you have anything in there.
