SPC Version 2.1.1.3012 SEPM integration issue

Hi,

I have SPC Version 2.1.1.301 installed on my server and i have 21 SEPM connected to it.

At almost everytime i log into SPC i see 10 or add SEPm disconnect. How does it happen and how can i fix it?

What is frequency of the SEPM connecting with SPC can it be changed.

Open and log into the Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager

Click on the Admin tab

Click on Servers

Right click on Local Site and select Edit Properties

Click the Console Timeout dropdown and select the desired time

Click OK

this is the connection timeout setting used by spc , just verify it

I have thread open for creating one report for multiple SEPM i believe that can be done using SPC, are there any best practices that has to be followed?

Hi Rafeeq,

Still have the same issue..even after doing so on SEPM, it shows 7 coneected and 14 isconnected at one time and then again 13 connected and 8 disconnected later and so on..

Hw can i keep all the SEPM's connected at all times?

Hi,

Symantec is aware of the issue and has no solution for it as the product development has reached its end.

Hope was a better reporting product may emerge from symantec for integrating all product.
