Hello, If you are using Backup Exec 12.0 or lower the version is so old I don't have much information on it but I think if you look at the Backup Exec 10d Administrators Guide pg 1068 it might help   http://www.symantec.com/docs/DOC2353

Hello Ricardo,

The List of Folders mentioned are the System Folders on the Exchange server, with a definite purpose.
for e.g:
Deferred Data contains rules on the Exchange Server and are evaluated on the Exchange Server for each message sent to a user.
Ref:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/154774

Finder and FreeBusy folders contain information about the calendar Items and free –busy status of the outlook users requests.

I am not sure about the contents of Schedule, Views and Shortcut,However
I will certainly recommend backing up these folders as it contains System info.

Hope this helps!

Kind Regards,
S
