    I have poked around the forums/kb's but not found the exact answers to the following questions:

    1. When upgrading SEPM from R5 to R6 MP1, I understand I have to go to R6a first then to R6 MP1. Can we upgrade to MP1 immediately after going to R6A? ie reboot after R6a, shut down services and apply MP1 patch....
    2. Autoupgrading clients - if the server is upgraded to R6 MP1, I understand that we can't go immediately to R6 MP1 or but have to have R6a deployed first then R6 MP1 afterwards, will I have to add separate Install packages for R6a and R6 MP1, then deploy in 2 stages? Or does the initial upgrade to R6a then 'automatically' update the product without having to specify a second Install package?
    3. Client upgrades - will client computers require a reboot during upgrade to end goal of R6 MP1?
    4. We are looking at a full network shutdown in two weeks with about 1/2 of the servers left to migrate into SEP, does it make more sense to wait until SEPM is at R6 MP1 and go directly from SAV 10x to SEP 11.0.6 MP1?

    1> yes you can upgarde to MR6A & then immediately to MR6 MP1

    2>The deploy will be in tow stages

    3>Yes the reboot will be needed if you have NTP installed.

    4>It would be good to from 10x to MR6 MP1
