SQL 2005 redirected restoration issue

Hi,

I have backed up databases of SQL 2005 and was backed up with BE12.5 now i going to restore on diff server with same configuration through BE2010r3.

now i am able to create new job for backup and restore on this server but unable to restore having error

Final error: 0xe000fe30 - A communications failure has occurred.

even i follwed the given tech note(http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH56694) for restoring but still issue is not resolved.

Could any one assist me...

If not resolved till now , try disabling fast file restore

This is just to test and see if you get the same error.
