Master Win 2012, NBu 7.6.0.1

CLient WIn 2008, SQL 2012, NBU 7.6.0.1

I have two db servers db1 & db 2. earlier Active node was db1 and I have configured NBU for MS SQL for this cluster.
In host name I mentioned the name of physical active node, and created policy with virtual name.
now DB has failed over to db2, and backups are failing. DO i need to create same batch file on db2 also ?
Also can I update the existing batch file to add backup of few more databases.

You need to create both batch and policy with virtual name, and place batch on each node of cluster.
GUI always recreate batch contents and append it if you are to save into existing batch file. So, you need to collect it using notepad or so. Or, do not use GUI and opend the batch with notepad.

Glad to see issue is resolved.

Another option is to save the .bch scripts on one of the shared drives.
This way the scripts are always available.
