SQL Query - Helpdesk Admin Report

Hey,

Does any know of the sql query used to generate the Helpdesk Admin report? I am after a query that I can create a report for all workers with the number(count) of incidents open, closed, resolved which is based on department.

Any help would be appreciated.

Incident Reports

Check in the Altiris console of your Help Desk Server. There are a variety of incident reports available. If they do not have what you need,  you can try cloning one and tweaking the SQL.
