Have found http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH25602  but we're way past the recommeded fix rev. (currently 6.0.2120).  The service account is set for a non-U.S. date format, anyone know if there's a config file somewhere i can check what format Network Discovery is trying to use?

regards,

Justin
