SRD CD Wont load on a Dell R710 server

When I boot the BESR2010 SRD disc on a Dell R710 server I get an error Windows - No Disk and an Exception Processing Message as shown in the screenshot. Any ideas what this means and how to resolve it?

I also have a Dell R710 (Gen II) server and I can boot from the BESR 2010 SRD but do not see the RAID drives. The SRD is custom with the Dell PERC H700 driver for the RAID.
It works on other R710 servers but not this one. The only difference I see so far is that this R710 has 2 CPUs.
