    SAV gets all of the way to the end of the install and then rolls back.  Return Value 3 is:

    Any help?  If more info is needed let me know.  I can't install backup exec, SSC, or SAV.  Liveupdate is the only thing that will install.

    The KB article referenced did not resolve the problem.  It still exists.  Further assistance is requested.

    It is possible that a malware is blocking this. Try to run the tool from the below link, make sure the machine is clean and try again.

    Did you confirm if it is an issue with MSI? I understand that the LU is intalled.

    Let us know how it goes.
