Looks like i might be posting a good few questions since we have just started using SSE5.2 (5.2.11.131)
Next one is regarding the SMTP notifications.
We would like virus outbreak emails to be sent to our mailbox for handling by our desktop team and scan engine errors to the server team.
As it stands if you select Outbreak as the notification level it emails Outbreak and Error emails to all specified recipients.
Would it not make more sense to have something like individual checkboxes per alert category with separate email recipients for each? I appreciate that this would make the UI more complex.
We can achieve what we desire by adding rule based routing on our mail relay but that is then devolving the configuration of the overall solution onto another separate system. It would be much cleaner to keep as much of the config on box as possible.
