Hi,
I'm planning a backup of SSIM information. I've considered necessary to backup:

  • /eventarchive
  • database
  • LDAP

I've also seen, in a NetBackup document, that there's a folder named /eventdata. It's necessary to do a backup of this folder even if you're not using netbackup?
¿what kind of information does that folder contain?

Thank you.

There is a document with this information

Depending on what version of SSIM you are using this document should give you an idea on what is recommended to backup:

Eventdata

The /eventdata partition contains some tablespaces of db2 for the summarizers and temporary data.
The information will be backed up when you perform a database backup.

Also have a look at the status page of the Database Utilities in the SSIM web-console.
