I mean.. Is there any automatic email with any update of symantec? Like new MP's, Patches, Collectors and stuff like that?

No, we don't have automatic notification for collectors LiveUpdate. We can probably announce LU release here or you can just run LiveUpdate on the collector after the 15th of December.

Yes, the package for McAfee EPO v4 Event Collector v4.3 was posted and now this collector supposes to support McAfee Data Loss Prevention. You need to run LiveUpdate for this collector.
