SSIM Products Field Disappear After Upgrade
We have some problem with the SSIM 4.7.4 Security Patch 6 and Security Patch 7. We recognized that after a success upgrade from 4.7.4 SP4 to 4.7.4 SP6, some products disappear at the filter at the all events template. Because of this fault we cannot filter events based on the product field, because it seems that only on-box collectors are working properly. If we search manually for a Windows event then we see the Product ID (3301) instead of the name of the Product, and then we can filter events based on that. But in the Product list there is no MS Windows Product name or ID.
We tried the upgrade in the following ways:
- SP4 to SP6
- SP5 to SP6
- SP5 to SP7
- SP6 to SP7
with the same result. SP7 upgrade don't solve the issue, if we upgrade directly to SP7 the same issue appears.
Does anybody else recognize this problem?
