SSIM UI temporarily unavailable

Hello to all!

I read a threat about it. 

it says that is beacuse high amount of data but i'm trying in a lab enviroment so it couldn't be the problem.

I've restarted the services a few times, i restarted the SSIM server and the console machine and it's keeps with same message

The UI is temporarily unavailable. Please try again.

What else should i try?

Hi Rangie,

this error message can be caused by several causes.

Please provide at least the following information:

  • cat /etc/ssim-history
  • is it a "all-in-one" SSIM or are several SSIMs involved ?
  • extract from /opt/Symantec/sesa/logs/manager.log (where you can see "error", "exception" etc.)
  • can you login to WebUI (I assume that you meant SSIM-client, that is not working - right?) ?

In doubt, please open a Support-ticket.
