SSIM -> Workflow Integration

    Hey all,

    I'm trying to setup SSIM to Symantec Workflow integration, but I am unable to get SSIM to push the newly created incidents to my Workflow server.  I am following the guide outlined on workflowswat here: http://workflowswat.com/symantec-products/ssim.html.

    Here is my environment:

    • SSIM 4.7.4
    • 3 tier environment (collection/archive, correlation, MSP/LDAP) - tested on both correlation and MSP
    • Symantec Workflow 7.1

    I am able to call the subscribe function and can query incidents from SSIM by manually entering in the incidentID when I run the workflow in debug mode.  I can't get it to push anything to the Workflow server, and the only helpful log message I found was in the /opt/pubscribe/logs/catalina.out log, which complains about the EmitterTask.  A screenshot of the error is below:

    Does anyone know how I would go at debugging this?
