SSIM_Windows Query Error Code 1726

This issue has been solved. See solution.
I query events for all the devices that we are monitoring and noticed that all Windows devices are not providing any events. Below are the list of error occurred:

Check network connection
Check network connection between the collector and windows server and also try to use other account in the sensor.
