Hi All,

  We have 4 tap drives , 2 drives is shared between master and media servers and 2 drives are not shared. The backups which are running through Shared drives are failing with error code 800 , and backups which running on another two drives (not shared) are fine.

Error nbjm(pid=14933) NBU status: 800, EMM status: No drives are available
resource request failed(800)

In devie monitor all the drives are showing UP. And i can able to move the tapes using robtes from master server .

Please tell me how to resolve this issue ??
