SSR 2013 hang after backup deleted

Dear All,
I have created a set of backup at the storage by SSR 2013. However, after I accidentally deleted the storage backup. SSR 2013 always at the status of scanning disk and cause the windows server hang. Do you all have any idea of this situation? Please kindly help to advise.

What is the OS ?
Is the backup VSS enabled ?
Have you tried a reboot and performed a backup ? What happens ?
You can re-create the job from scratch and run the backups. Also run a fixinstall.bat.
