SSR Restore Image not booting

Hi, I used a SSR 2013 image backup and the SSR boot disk to create a restore of an SBS 2008 server.  The restore is to a VM under Hyper-V 2012.  The restored server will not boot.  I can inspect the disks (C drive and D drive) and the files appear all there, but the system is not booting.  I had created the C and D drives in the VM properties.

Any suggestions?
