Statistics about single instancing

Hi,
my managements wants some details on space reduction by single instancing messages / attachments.
Is there a way to get such information from Enterprise Vault (6.0 SP1)?
BTW: It still seems to be unclear where and how Single Instancing takes place:
Attachments only?
Messages?
Are messages divided into body and headers before single instancing?
etc.

The short answer is no. SIS is really complicated, and it takes place in ideal circumstances. If you're really worried about space reduction, I'd recommend looking at centera for your backend storage.
