If the status of a computer is set to something other than active, is it still supposed to appear in the built in reports?? If so how can I eliminate them.

When you retire a computer
When you retire a computer the license is released and the computer should not appear in any reports.

Yes and no. Depends on the
Yes and no. Depends on the type of reports you are running. Create an asset manually and set the status to stock, then run your report and see the outcome.
