Hi, Here are the steps that I

Hi,

Here are the steps that I tried to remove the logs.

1. Went to the Monitors tab and logs
2. Clicked on Advanced settings {Dont change any status}
3. Clicked on Compliance Options
4. Checked the box for "Infected Only"
5. Saved the filter as "Infected computers"
6. Clicked on view logs, it showed all the computers in Infected status
7. Clicked on the first computer, pressed the Shift key and clicked on last computer, that selected all the infected computers
8. Clicked on clear infected status
9. Informed him to log out and log back into SEPM and to wait for 10 mins
10.A fter 10 mins, in SEPM home page, none of the computers were shown as still infected

Please do let me know if you find any further issues regarding the same.

Hi, SEPM->Monitors->Logs->Com

Hi,

SEPM->Monitors->Logs->Computer Status Logs->advanced settings->compliance options.

Check the box for "Infected Only". Save Filter->name:infected computers->Ok

Choose the limit of the clients you want to see in the output. Choose 1000 if you dont know which one.

Click on View Log.

In drop down menu where it says "Selected" , choose "All" ->Start

that will select all the infected clients at the same time and then you can click on "Clear Infected Status"

Cheers,
Aniket
