Still can't download trialware

Regarding this post:

Are there any plans to make the trialware available? The problem reported there a month and a half ago persists: you can't actually download anything after registering.

No kidding. This was reported weeks ago and the page still hasn't been fixed?

Thanks. I have created a support request, but I had to fake the customer #. The whole point of trialware is to see if I want to become a customer.

Nope. Tech support refuses to help with the trialware download because I'm not a current Symantec customer. Great job preventing sales, folks!

You should go via a 3rd party resaler who will be able to help you with the setting up of trials - and more than likely do a better price than direct -

at the bottom left, put in the product and itll find partners close to you to help you
