Thanks. I have created a support request, but I had to fake the customer #. The whole point of trialware is to see if I want to become a customer.

Nope. Tech support refuses to help with the trialware download because I'm not a current Symantec customer. Great job preventing sales, folks!

You should go via a 3rd party resaler who will be able to help you with the setting up of trials - and more than likely do a better price than direct - http://www.symantec.com/partners/
