    Hi,

    "STOP: c0000263 {Driver Entry Point Not Found}

    The \??\C:\Program Files\Common Files\Symantec Shared\EENGINE\EraserUtilRebootDrv.sys device driver could not locate the entry point PsGetContextThread in driver ntoskrnlexe."

     

    Windows 2000 failure to boot after installed SEP 11.

    I have followed "https://support.symantec.com/en_US/article.TECH209716.html" to disable "Symantec Eraser Control Driver"

    First time boot successfully but second time failed.....

    Please advice.

    whats the full version of SEP 11.X? Always go with the latest one which supports win 2000.. I dont remember it as of now but you can check the release notes applicable to your version

    did you put NTP also on it? Network threat protection if yes then start with only AV.

    The problem is that you're using an EOSL version so support may no tbe able to help. Have you tried a repair of the client?

    I used backup image to installed OS, then uninstall SAV and install SEP11.

    Previously it's no problem but this time keep failure .....
