Strange AE error
EV 10 sp2, I have a customer that is busy with an ARCviewer POC. On the actual ARCviewer server AE is required to be configured. When we try to browse directly to the EV server and the AE default webpage we get an error that says " Didn't find archives nodes"
I found the article below
But this applies to AE through OWA so I am sure if this is even relevant. Also AE is working correctly on all desktops. Has anyone seen this before. We also tried installing the EV Client on the server and using AE through Outlook but we got the same error
Any advice would be appreciated
Are you absolutely sure
Are you absolutely sure things like URLScan aren't configured on the servers?
Because if it fails on all servers but not a desktop, then it sounds like there is a GPO being applied to those servers that don't apply to the desktops
it may be of some use to download Fiddler2, and look at the responses given when accessing from a desktop and when accessing from a server. So for instance the scenario1 in that technote is it removes the server header , this would stick out pretty easily in a fiddler trace
And you are absolutely sure there are no PAC Scripts being applied to IE or Automatically Detect Settings or Proxy servers set in IE?
