Hello,
After last upgrade from Brightmail 7 to 8, the SPAM caught by the antispam dropped 90%, but this did not affect NON-SPAM messages. I mean, the number of spam messages decreases, but good messages is the same.
For example, some users used to received 30 SPAM and 3 GOOD MESSAGES a day.
After upgrade, users receives 3 SPAM and 3 GOOD MESSAGES a day.
I am not complaining, this seems to be good, but why and what is happening ?
People start to question and i do not know what to tell...
Anyone noticed that after upgrade ?
