Hi, i'm working on DLO about 3 month and I still got problem with PST.

Indeed, i have enable the incremental backup and it should be only one revision but it's isn't the case, each time i close open PST in outlook another full backup is made.

I attach a file that explain in a flow what the behavior I have, what do you think about this ?

All i want is to avoid to do so many full backup, because i got around 500 user with a lot of big PST and all those revision is a problem now.
