Ghost Suite 2.5 is reeeeeeeeeally pissing me off tonight. I specified some paths for file/folder preservation, and my task failed with the folowing error:
Date : Mon Feb 25 21:30:25 2013
Error Number: (677)
Message: The specified destination partition for preserving files/directories is not a valid destination partition for this clone operation.
Version: 11.5.1.2266 (Dec 24 2009, Build=2266)
OS Version: Professional (Build 6000)
Command line arguments: -preserveifexists=@MATCHDISK<Volume=<Disk=<DiskModelNumber='WDC WD16 00BJKT-75F4T 11.0',DiskSerialNumber='xxxxx',DiskBiosId=128,DiskSignature9x=3875516416,DiskSignatureNt=927561971>,PartitionOffset=80325>>/Documents and Settings/All Users/Application Data/xxxxx/Config/app.settings -preserveifexists=@MATCHDISK<Volume=<Disk=<DiskModelNumber='WDC WD16 00BJKT-75F4T 11.0',DiskSerialNumber='xxxxx',DiskBiosId=128,DiskSignature9x=3875516416,DiskSignatureNt=927561971>,PartitionOffset=80325>>/Berman OtoTrak -preserveifexists=@MATCHDISK<Volume=<Disk=<DiskModelNumber='WDC WD16 00BJKT-75F4T 11.0',DiskSerialNumber='xxxxx',DiskBiosId=128,DiskSignature9x=3875516416,DiskSignatureNt=927561971>,PartitionOffset=80325>>/Audio Rx OtoTrak -preserveifexists=@MATCHDISK<Volume=<Disk=<DiskModelNumber='WDC WD16 00BJKT-75F4T 11.0',DiskSerialNumber='xxxxx',DiskBiosId=128,DiskSignature9x=3875516416,DiskSignatureNt=927561971>,PartitionOffset=80325>>/Freed OtoTrak -preservedest=1 -clone,dst=1:2,mode=prestore,src=@MCWILSHIREFILESpush122 -batch -sgb -jaddr=192.168.2.60 -sgt
I changed the above 'DiskSerialNumber' and 'Application Data' name to protect the innocent, but otherwise, this is what I got.
The clone task is on clients which each have two partitions. The clone task is performed on the second partition, (the first partition is a tiny, hidden utility partition).
Does anyone know why I am getting this error about the destination partition for preservation not being valid?
Thanks.
