I attempted to encryption an external USB flash drive.

I chose to encryption with my private. After entering my passphrase, I was presented with a screen that reads: "Please enter your Symantec Drive Encryption passphrase"

The problem is, this doesn't work with my private key passphrase, nor is it my OS X login passphrase.

I can't access my data on my flash drive at this point and my disk isn't encrypted.

Please advise!
