    I'm getting some weird things with a user submitted a ticket with their regular account but when  you look at the ticket after it has been saved the submitter shows as the users test account not their regular account. After the ticket is resolved it show the resolver as their regular account.

    Has anyone seen anything like this?

    Is this just for one user or multiple users?

    It is only happening to about 5 users.

    I'd check the accounts of those users and make sure the primary email for them are set properly. Do you have an customization that may be causing this?

    I have checked that. What I did try... is to merge their test account to their regular  account which deletes their test account (which is fine) and now it is reporting correctly. It will be interesting to see what happens with the AD sync happens again if the test accounts get added back.
